After selecting the projects team, our initial phase involves partnering with the design team to develop and produce comprehensive construction drawings. This package will encompass interior design, architectural, mechanical, electrical and any other required drawings, essential for both building permit submission and value engineering purposes.

After the completion of the tender set of drawings, Brenric’s estimation department will meticulously compile and present a comprehensive cost breakdown for your project’s thorough review. This process entails soliciting competitive pricing from our qualified vendor partners to ensure that you receive the most favorable rates possible.

The execution and completion of the project will be a collaborative effort between Brenric and the consultant team. Working together, we will finalize the project, complete the necessary close-out documentation and establish the final safety measures before occupying the space.
