A workplace that feels less like somewhere you have to be, and more like somewhere you want to be.

An office you actually want to spend time in.

Walking in from downtown, you’re greeted by a custom feature wall combining BAUX wood wool panels and By Nature Design preserved moss, designed by Inhabit Design Inc. It brings a bit of nature indoors and gives the space an immediate sense of warmth.

The layout is built to keep people connected. Open workstations and shared tables make collaboration feel natural instead of keeping everyone tucked away at their desks. When it’s time to focus, private quiet pods are just steps away, giving the team a place for calls, heads-down work, or a moment of calm.

The details give the space its personality. A breeze block wall adds texture and filtered light, and board-formed concrete entry walls bring a solid, grounded feel at the threshold. Overhead, a warm wood slat canopy softens the open plan, while terrazzo underfoot ties it all together with a durable, timeless finish.

The result is a workplace that balances openness with privacy and natural materials with modern finishes, a space designed around how people actually work.

“From day one, this project was about creating a space people would genuinely enjoy coming to. The feature wall was a highlight for our crew. Getting the wood wool and moss to come together the way Inhabit envisioned took real coordination with the suppliers, and seeing it as the first thing you notice walking in was incredibly rewarding. Between the terrazzo, the wood slat canopy, and the breeze block, every finish asked for precision, and the team delivered.”
